Directions
Take 3 x capsules with food daily, we recommend 2x at breakfast, 1x at lunch. You can take all 3x capsules together if desired. Always take with food.
If this is your first time taking BePure One we recommend starting with 1-2x capsules per day & increasing slowly.
To ensure maximum absorption, we recommend that you take BePure One away from drinks such as coffee, tea or alcohol. Take 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication.
